Delivery & Returns


Mainland UK delivery is included in the price of the item and is via one of my trusted furniture couriers. This will usually be a one-man service and so help will be needed to unload the item at the customer's home. If a two-man service is required, or if the item is to be carried up stairs, there may be an extra charge. For the Highlands and Islands or abroad please contact me for a delivery quote prior to purchase. Collection is also welcome from my Oxfordshire studio. 
Under normal conditions I aim to have your item delivered within 2 weeks of purchase. This is subject to availability of the courier and the customer for acceptance of the delivery. The courier will contact you directly to confirm a suitable date and time of delivery.   Payment for the delivery is made direct to the courier.  


I advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged then please contact me immediately. 

If you have changed your mind on your item then you have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.*  You will be responsible for paying any return delivery and packing costs.  Delivery costs are non-refundable.

*Returns are not accepted on commissioned/custom pieces unless they arrive defective. Refunds are only issued if the item is returned in perfect condition.



Once the item is safely received, I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.  This may take a few days dependent upon your card providers policies.

Should an item be returned with damage I may deduct an amount from the refund to cover any costs I incur in getting the item ready for resale.
